About Us

Our journey started at the back of our restaurant in Lyme Regis as we struggled to find quality, fresh-baked goods at the times we needed them, so we set about baking our own. It turns out many businesses struggled with their own search and we scaled up from the tiny back room in Lyme to our larger unit in Bridport.

Though we’ve grown, one thing that hasn’t: the small, batch-baked approach to everything we make.
