Ordering and Wholesale
How do I place a wholesale order?

Complete the Wholesale Enquiry form on our website with your business details, delivery days and typical order size. We’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange a call, send sample packs and confirm account setup and lead times.

What are your minimum order and lead times?

We have a minimum order of £30 or there is a delivery charge, all products require a 24hour lead time apart from our sourdough which need 48hrs for use to give it the love it needs

Can I get samples before committing?

Yes. After making contact we will talk through your requirements and come out to see you.

Products and Ingredients
Do you provide ingredient lists and allergen information?

Yes. Every Packaged product will come clearly labeled with a full ingredient list with allergens clearly highlighted. Any unpackaged item such as our sourdough with have a QR code linked to all our allergen information. For severe allergies or cross‑contact concerns, contact us before ordering.

Are any products vegan or vegetarian?

Yes, Many of our Products are vegan friendly

Can you produce bespoke or adapted recipes?

We can discuss bespoke lines or any ideas you have, we are a small enough bakery to do this but we are big enough to deliver

Delivery, Stockists and Availability
Where do you deliver?

We deliver in and around the areas of Bridport, Lyme Regis, Axminster, Charmouth, Even out as far as Exmouth, But please contact us if unsure we are always looking fo new routes for the Vans.

Can I collect orders from the bakery?

Unfortunately not, the commercial nature of our bakery and the vans coming in and out means it just isn’t safe. You can however, find all our products at the Rise Market & Bakery in Bridport.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We’ll never run out, this is something we pride ourselves on. We bake everything fresh every day. You order it, we make it; so no item will ever be out of stock.

Storage, Handling and Reheating
Do you offer frozen products and how should they be stored?

We only offer frozen products to Wholesale customers, our products are best Fresh on the day and we would like you to enjoy them like that.

What is the shelf life of fresh and frozen products?

Shelf life varies by product; fresh loaves are best within 48 hours.

Marketing, Awards and Assets
Can we use your product images and descriptions?

Our social media team work hard producing the images and descriptions they are more than happy to provide you with anything you may need.

Do you have awards or accreditations we can reference?

Yes, each of our products will have its respective Taste of the West award associated with it.

Do you offer apprenticeships, tours or events?

We run occasional bakery tours and apprenticeship opportunities. Check the Careers page for current vacancies and upcoming events.

Can I order a bespoke cake or event catering?

Unfortunately not, bread is our speciality, it’s what we do best!
